How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page, enter your mobile number, and request a new OTP. Your account is linked to your phone number.

Can I change my target colleges later?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Settings → Preferences and update your target colleges anytime. Your study plan and leaderboards will adjust automatically.

Is Vidyex available on mobile?

Yes, Vidyex works perfectly on mobile browsers. A dedicated app for Android and iOS is coming soon.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

I found a wrong answer in a question. How do I report it?

Click the flag icon on any question to report errors. Our content team reviews every report within 24 hours.
